This privacy policy applies to the AnimalsBloom mobile app and any related services operated by the "Service Provider". By using the Application, you acknowledge the practices described in this policy.

When you download and use AnimalsBloom, the Application may collect the following information:

• Total time spent using the Application
• Your mobile operating system

For a better experience, the Service Provider may also ask you to provide certain personally identifiable information, including Device ID. This information will be retained and used as described in this policy.

• When disclosure is necessary in good faith to protect rights, safety, or to investigate fraud
• With trusted service providers who work on behalf of the Service Provider and are bound by this policy

You can stop further collection of information by uninstalling the Application. Uninstalling stops data collection from your device, but does not automatically delete information already transmitted to the Service Provider or third parties.

AnimalsBloom is not intended for children under 16 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from or market the Application to children.

If the Service Provider discovers that a child has provided personal information, it will be deleted from their servers immediately. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information, please contact the Service Provider promptly.

The Service Provider is committed to safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. Physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards are in place to protect the information the Service Provider processes and maintains.

If a data breach occurs that affects your personal data, the Service Provider will notify you in accordance with applicable legal requirements. This includes, where required, providing information about the nature of the breach and the steps being taken to address it.

The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated policy with a new effective date. Where required by law, consent will be sought before material changes take effect.

Previous versions of this Privacy Policy will be maintained and made available upon request by contacting the Service Provider.

Where processing is based on consent, you provide that consent by affirmatively opting in to the relevant feature or action. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
